Effects that follow the words
Pin a counter to “fifty percent”, a name tag to the speaker's first word, a whoosh to a cut. Each effect is anchored to its word and moves with it through every later cut.

Left open, and Claude said so
Recorded October 2, 2026 with frameword 0.4.0, Claude Code 2.1.285, Opus 5.5, on synthetic test footage. Calls shortened for display.
How it works
frameword transcribes it on your Mac with word timings (Whisper Large v3, the most accurate option for Turkish) and finds scenes and loudness.
Click Connect Automatically once: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex and Antigravity are set up for you. Or skip it and type in the app's Claude panel (⌘K).
“Cut the ums and long pauses, add karaoke captions, make it vertical for Reels.” Each request is one undo step. Export HEVC, H.264 or ProRes at −14 LUFS.
What it does
Pin a counter to “fifty percent”, a name tag to the speaker's first word, a whoosh to a cut. Each effect is anchored to its word and moves with it through every later cut.
Lower thirds, kinetic words, counters, callouts, punch-ins, picture-in-picture, background blur, spotlight and seven transitions, drawn on the GPU in 10-bit. Claude fills checked parameters; a wrong value never reaches your timeline.
HTML and CSS, GSAP, three.js, d3 or Lottie, run offline on a virtual clock, so the preview and the export show the same pixels. Each attempt renders test frames and hands console errors back to Claude. Keep the good ones in My Animations.
No footage? Ask for a 20-second vertical promo. Claude writes the script, your Mac's voices read it, animated scenes land on the spoken words, built-in music and sound effects fill the rest, and the music ducks under the voice.
Turn a 16:9 talk into 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1. The crop follows the speaker and keeps the whole head in frame; captions stay clear of the platform buttons.
Burned-in captions in six styles, karaoke included. SRT and WebVTT files, a YouTube chapter list checked against YouTube's rules, speaker labels for interviews. Fix a misheard word once and every caption picks it up.
Blur the background, pixelate a license plate, put text behind the speaker, or make an arrow follow a moving object. Apple Vision handles people out of the box. SAM 3.1 and EdgeTAM add object search by name and tracking as optional downloads.
HEVC 10-bit, H.264 or ProRes through Apple's hardware encoders. Loudness at −14 LUFS with a true-peak limiter. Change one word and re-export in about a second: only the changed segments are encoded again.
1 1080p, 59 s project, M4 Pro, median of 3: 0.9–1.0 s.
Measured
Every speed-up is checked frame by frame: the output is byte-identical.
Made with frameword
Rendered on a Mac with frameword 0.5. Each piece took a few turns with frame checks, not a single shot. Copy a prompt and try it with your own Claude.

“Make a 12-second vertical frameword promo from scratch. Turkish voiceover: 'Kurguyu anlat. Claude yapsın. Render senin Mac'inde.' Three scenes: a title that builds word by word on a dark background, a timeline drawn on canvas that fills as the words are spoken, then the frameword logo (logo.svg in Media) with 'macOS için' under it. Land each scene on its spoken word, add a whoosh on each transition and a calm ambient bed underneath. Make the last frame lead back into the first so it loops.”“Sıfırdan 12 saniyelik dikey bir frameword tanıtımı yap. Türkçe seslendirme şu olsun: 'Kurguyu anlat. Claude yapsın. Render senin Mac'inde.'
“In a blank 9:16 project, read this as a Turkish voiceover: 'Elinde görüntü yok mu? Dert etme. Anlat, gerisini Mac'in halletsin.' Bring each word on screen the moment it's spoken: uppercase, bold, centered, with 'Mac'in' in blue (#4A9BF0). Dark background with a slowly drifting gradient. Keep it under 8 seconds and bring the background back to the first frame after the last word.”“Boş bir 9:16 projede şu metni Türkçe seslendir: 'Elinde görüntü yok mu? Dert etme. Anlat, gerisini Mac'in halletsin.' Her kelime söylendiği anda ekrana gelsin: büyük harfle, kalın, ortada. 'Mac'in' kelimesi mavi (#4A9BF0) olsun. Zemin koyu, hafifçe kayan bir gradyan. 8 saniyeyi geçmesin, son kelimeden sonra zemin ilk kareye dönsün.”
“In a blank 9:16 project, voice the Turkish line 'Bu ay izlenmeler yüzde kırk iki arttı.' The moment 'yüzde kırk iki' is spoken, a big counter in the top half counts from 0 to %42, with 'izlenme artışı' in small type under it. Use Turkish number formatting and give the counter a small bounce when it lands.”“9:16 boş bir projede 'Bu ay izlenmeler yüzde kırk iki arttı.' cümlesini seslendir. 'Yüzde kırk iki' dendiği anda ekranın üst yarısında 0'dan %42'ye sayan büyük bir sayaç çıksın, altında küçük harflerle 'izlenme artışı' yazsın. Türkçe sayı biçimini kullan, sayaç durunca hafifçe zıplasın.”

“In a blank 16:9 project, voice the Turkish line 'Yeni sezon 2026'da başlıyor.' When '2026' is spoken, a glowing 3D '2026' spins in with three.js, then breaks apart into particles. Dark navy background.”“Boş bir 16:9 projede 'Yeni sezon 2026'da başlıyor.' cümlesini seslendir. '2026' denildiği anda ekrana three.js ile 3D dönen, parlayan bir 2026 yazısı çıksın, sonra parçacıklarla dağılsın. Zemin koyu lacivert olsun.”
“Write a 4-second logo sting for frameword with three.js: a rounded 3D badge carrying the 'f' from logo.svg spins in under soft studio light, settles facing the camera, holds for a beat, then spins out the way it came so the clip loops. Background #161618, the crossbar of the 'f' in #4A9BF0.”“Make a 5-second kinetic title that reads 'Describe the edit.' The letters rise in one by one with a soft spring, 'edit' gets a blue pill behind it like a selected word (#1F6FD1), then the line lifts out. Inter Bold, white on #161618, seamless loop.”“In a blank 16:9 project, voice this in English: 'Change one word. Re-export in about a second.' Then draw a d3 bar chart: a bar labelled 'Full export' at 7.9 s, and a bar labelled 'Re-export, one word changed' that grows to 1.0 s when 'second' is spoken. Add a small footnote: 'M4 Pro · 1080p · 59 s project · median of 3'. Dark background, accent #4A9BF0.”No piece matches.
On-device
Transcription, masks, rendering and export run locally. There's no frameword account, no frameword server and no telemetry. Claude works through your own Claude Code, Claude Desktop or API key: it receives the transcript text and the project's structure, not your video files. Sending preview frames to Claude stays off until you turn it on.

frameword runs an MCP server inside the app. Open Connect Claude and click Connect Automatically: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex and Antigravity are set up in one go, with no Node.js and no terminal. Rather do it by hand? The same panel shows the command and the JSON below with your key filled in.

Questions
The app costs nothing. Claude usage is billed to your own Claude plan or API account.
No. Video, audio, transcription and renders stay on your Mac. Claude receives transcript text and project structure through your own Claude client. Preview frames go only if you turn that on.
Claude Code, Claude Desktop or any MCP client can connect; Connect Automatically sets up Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex and Antigravity in one click. Inside the app you can use your own Claude Code or an Anthropic API key. In-app Claude Code runs are billed at Anthropic's headless rates under their current policy.
Yes, Turkish is a first-class language: Whisper Large v3 for transcription, number and filler search that understands Turkish, correct İ/ı casing, Turkish number formats and a Turkish interface. English works the same way.
frameword is native Swift built on Metal, VideoToolbox, Apple Vision and MLX, and it uses system features that arrived with macOS 26.
The build isn't notarized yet. Check the SHA-256 on this page, then use Open Anyway in System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security.
Every Claude action is one undo step, and in-app requests have “Undo All of This”. Claude also can't overwrite edits you made in the meantime: its call fails and it re-reads the project.
Only if you allow frame sending. Otherwise it places text using face positions and overlap warnings, and tells you it didn't look.
No. Every connected Claude gets the same guide from the app. The skill adds helper scripts for writing animation packages; the plugin also sets up the connection.
Only to download models and to talk to Claude. Transcription, rendering and export work offline.
